Everything is made fresh onsite, with a strong focus on quality Tasmanian ingredients—no commercial heat-and-serve meals.

We happily cater for all dietary requirements and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free.

We believe everyone in your group should feel included and well catered for – we’re happy to cater for EVERYONE.

Because our food is homemade onsite from scratch, we know what goes into it and can adjust dishes wherever practical. We also take extra care when preparing special dietary meals to help minimise cross-contact.

Just tell us what your guests need — and please always advise us of any food allergies or anaphylaxis risks.

Food Safety & Leftovers

Food safety is a priority for us.

  • Our buffets are designed to be served and enjoyed within recommended safe timeframes.

  • For health and safety reasons, we are not able to provide containers for guests to take buffet leftovers home, as food may have been unrefrigerated for longer than is considered safe to re-cool and re-use.

  • Where appropriate, leftover food is given to our very spoilt hens, helping us reduce waste and keep our sustainability practices strong.
