Description

We use Tasmanian Nichol’s fresh chicken thighs. “Marry Me Chicken” gets its name from the idea that the dish is so delicious that after tasting it, someone might be inspired to propose marriage! The dish is a creamy, flavorful chicken recipe featuring pan-seared chicken breasts simmered in a rich sauce made with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, cream, and Parmesan cheese. The combination of savoury, tangy, and creamy flavours is what makes it irresistible.

The name likely originated as a fun, exaggerated way to express how heavenly the dish tastes, and it has since gone viral, especially on social media and food blogs. Whether or not it leads to a proposal, it’s certainly a meal to impress! 😊
