Imagine arriving to find everything perfectly arranged for you – a fully styled bell tent awaits, adorned with rugs, cushions, chairs, picnic tables, and a delightful array of flowers. It’s the ideal setting for creating lasting memories.
We take care of it all. All you need to do is come along, nestle yourself inside or outside the styled bell tent, and immerse yourself in the ambiance. While we’re keeping the details of our three packages a secret for now, we can promise you a WOW-worthy experience when all is revealed.

$200 Tent & Picnic Hire includes:
- Exclusive use of the bell tent and section of our lawned grounds and gardens.
- Our Coffee & Bar Caravan will be open for any purchases.
- All furnishings, including lounge, chairs, rugs, throws, cushions, bean bags & tables.
- Fresh flowers in a vase.
- A gift from us to keep as a souvenir of your visit – a box set of The Church 4 Piece Cheese Knives.
- Fans in warmer weather.
- Lit open fire pit in cooler weather with extra wood to add as you please.
- Bluetooth speaker so you can connect your favourite playlist.
- Yard games.
- Up to 4 hours use.
- Set up and pack up of picnic area.
$49.95 Per Person cost includes:
- “The Church Signature Tasmanian Platters” to share (vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options available by prior arrangement).
- Freshly homemade “The Church Signature Tasmanian Scone” with Tasmanian butter, Tasmanian gourmet jam & Tasmanian cream.
- Unlimited water, sparkling water & house-made fruit punch.
- Ice & ice buckets for bar purchasers.
- Crockery, cutlery, serviettes, serving tongs etc.
Please note that you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) onto the property except for one celebration cake. Large bags, drink bottles and eskies are also not allowed. Enjoy your time with us!
