ALL-INCLUSIVE HEARTY HOMEMADE GRAZING BUFFET INCLUDES FOOD, EQUIPMENT & UNLIMITED DRINK STATION:
Can be laid out all at once to graze on as you please, or in stages for a 4 hours period – Eg booked for lunch, but laid out (on cooling trays when suitable) from 10am to 2pm to be used for morning & afternoon tea as well.
- 2 Soups (1 with meat, 1 vegan) – help yourself with a ladle from 2 large slow cookers.
- Fresh out of the oven Bread Rolls (vegan).
- Variety of Sandwiches, Wraps & Rolls (vegan & vegetarian varieties included).
- 2 or more Fresh Salads (vegan), including dressings & sides.
- Fruit Platter (vegan).
- Fresh out of the oven Scones with Tamanian Jams & Cream (vegan scones, jam & coconut cream available upon prior arrangement).
- Loaded Hummus – chickpea dip with garden parsley, olives, tomatoes etc. (vegan) with crisp pita crackers (vegan).
- Plates, cutlery, serviettes, salt, peppers, sauces, salad dressings, etc.
IMPORTANT: Everything is house-made, utilising a plethora of local Tasmanian ingredients. The variety offered is contingent upon the number of attendees. Numerous vegan options are available; while we are not vegans ourselves, we advocate for consuming less meat & LOVE healthy, fresh, seasonal foods. In fact, had we not mentioned it, you might not have even realised!
