Great with soft cheeses such as brie or hard cheeses including blue cheese. But also great with vegan burgers! Pepperberry is easily discernable โ€“ fruity and spicy. The Churchโ€™s Hummus Recipe!

A silky-smooth, flavour-packed hummus with a Tasmanian twist! Our homemade hummus is crafted from simple, wholesome ingredients, blended to perfection for a rich, creamy texture and a perfect balance of zesty, nutty, and earthy flavours.

Ingredients:
โ€“ 1 can chickpeas, drained
โ€“ ยฝ cup fresh lemon juice
โ€“ ยผ cup tahini
โ€“ 1ยฝ teaspoons crushed or minced garlic fried in olive oil until golden
โ€“ 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
โ€“ 1ยฝ teaspoons ground cumin
โ€“ ยฝ teaspoon salt
โ€“ ยผ cup water
โ€“ Ground Zaโ€™atar, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
5. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Zaโ€™atar for a beautiful, aromatic touch.

Serving Suggestion:
