๐ฟ What Does Zaโatar Taste Like?
Zaโatar has a savory, earthy, tangy, and slightly nutty flavor profile, thanks to the citrusy notes of sumac and the rich nuttiness of sesame seeds. It adds a depth of flavor to dishes and is commonly used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
