Dogs welcome at The Church Campbell Town (3)

🐾 Dogs at The Church 🐾

We’re dog lovers and welcome visiting dogs by prior arrangement. As The Church is also our home — and home to our own dogs — we kindly ask guests to respect the following policy to ensure everyone’s comfort, safety and enjoyment.

    Dog Policy

    • Dogs must be fully vaccinated (current vaccination certificate required)
    • Dogs must remain on a lead at all times AND must stay within the designated Dog Station Area, or OUTDOOR areas only (not inside The Church unless by prior arrangement eg Wedding).

Our Dog Station Area is located beside the entry gate under our beautiful elm trees and includes dog beds and fresh water bowls for your dog’s comfort.

Please note: Dogs are not permitted to roam the grounds or join guests in dining areas.

The Church Inclusion Statement At The Church, we proudly celebrate diversity— welcoming all cultures, identities, abilities, and life experiences. We’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels seen, valued, and respected—just as they are. Inclusion and diversity are more than words; they’re at the heart of everything we do and strive for. We’re actively building a compassionate community where everyone truly belongs.

At The Church, we don’t just welcome diversity—we celebrate it.

We proudly embrace individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, and life experiences. Whether you’re attending an event, visiting our markets, booking a wedding, joining a community activity, or simply stopping by, you are always welcome—exactly as you are.

We believe that inclusion is not just a statement—it’s a practice. It is reflected in every part of what we do, from our event planning and customer service, to our product offerings and visual marketing. We represent diverse couples in our wedding promotions, stock Pride-themed gifts in our hamper range, and offer free opportunities for local charities and marginalised community groups to engage through our weekly Community Stall.

Our commitment to inclusion is grounded in kindness, respect, safety, and access for all. We recognise that some visitors may be more vulnerable than others, and we take meaningful steps to ensure everyone feels secure and supported.

    🛡️ Supporting Vulnerable People

    • Our grounds are fully fenced for the safety of children, people with disabilities, and community groups.

    • We maintain an on-site defibrillator.

    • Owners Nicole and Garry are both trained in First Aid, hold Working With Vulnerable People Cards, have valid National Police Checks, and bring extensive Emergency Services experience.

    • These safety measures are not only about compliance—they’re part of our ethos of care.

🤝 What Inclusion Looks Like at The Church

    • LGBTQIA+ Visibility: We include same-sex and gender-diverse couples in our advertising and events.

    • Cultural Awareness: We respectfully engage with all community members, including First Nations people and multicultural families.

    • Community Support: We provide free stall space weekly to local charities, support services, and grassroots organisations.

    • Accessible Spaces: We strive to ensure our venue is accessible and welcoming to all, with plans for continuous improvement.

    • Product Representation: Our hamper range includes identity-affirming items such as Rainbow Pride jewellery and inclusive gift messaging.

    • Safe Conversations: We welcome feedback and dialogue and are always open to learning how we can better serve our community.

We’re here to foster a compassionate, connected community—one where no one is left behind, and where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

Inclusion isn’t a box we tick—it’s the way we live, lead, and serve.

The Church acknowledges First Nations peoples and communities as the Traditional Owners of the land. We acknowledge and pay our respects to Elders past and present, and emerging leaders.

The Church is committed to safe inclusive spaces, policies and services for people of LGBTIQ+ communities and their families.
