Imagine arriving to find everything perfectly arranged: a beautifully styled bell tent awaits, featuring rugs, lush velvet lounges, a variety of other chairs (for those who like their picnic off the ground), cushions, picnic tables, and a floral arangement from our garden. It’s the perfect setting for relaxation and creating lasting memories.
We handle all the details so you can simply arrive and enjoy. Whether you settle inside or outside the bell tent, you’ll be immersed in the serene ambiance.

$200 Tent & Picnic Hire includes:
- Exclusive use of the bell tent and section off area of our grounds and gardens.
- Our Caravan Bar will sell drinks as required.
- All furnishings, including lush lounge chairs, variety of other chairs (for those who like their picnic off the ground), rugs, throws, cushions, bean bags & tables.
- An arangement of fresh flowers from our garden.
- A gift for the host/organiser from us to keep as a souvenir of your visit – a box set of The Church 4 Piece Cheese Knives.
- Fans in warmer weather.
- Lit open fire pit in cooler weather with extra wood to add as you please.
- Bluetooth speaker so you can connect your favourite playlist.
- Yard games.
- Up to 4 hours use.
- Set up, clean up and pack up of picnic area.
$49.95 Per Person cost includes:
- Substantial Tasmanian Platters to share (vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options available by prior arrangement).
- Dessert Platter of housemade chocolate cake with berry topping.
- Vintage metal bathtub ice buck for your included, unlimited jug of water, sparkling water and house-made fruit punch! Plus to keep your bar purchases nice and chilled.
- Crockery, cutlery, serviettes, serving tongs etc.
Please note: NO food or drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to be bought onto the property. Large bags, drink bottles and eskies are also not allowed. Enjoy your time with us!
A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 48 hours prior to your booking (we will issue you with an invoice at time of booking).
If you cancel 14 days or more before your booking date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 2 days before the booking will receive a full credit to use for a future booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 days of the booking date.
If rain is forecasted within 48 hours of your booking, you have the option to proceed with your booking indoors at The Church without the tent and other outdoor decor, or you can receive a credit to reschedule your event.
