You can choose to hire “The Church” for larger meetings and events, offering a spacious, historical setting with beautiful grounds, or opt for “The Office”, designed for smaller meetings and office hire at a more budget-friendly rate. This flexible approach ensures we have the ideal space to suit your needs, whether it’s an intimate meeting or a large corporate event, all while maintaining exceptional service and facilities.
We offer a truly unique venue in our 1857 built sandstone Church, with an ambiance and beauty like no other. We provide a calming environment where your team can rejuvenate and recharge. They can stretch their legs and enjoy breakout sessions outdoors in our scenic grounds and gardens.
Our bathroom facilities will be meticulously clean and stocked with a wide range of products to ensure comfort and luxury.
Additionally, we offer fresh, distinctive, and high-quality catering options at competitive prices, making your event experience even more memorable and seamless.

MEETING VENUE HIRE INCLUDES:
- FREE DRINK STATION: iced water, sparkling water, our signature fruit punch, teas, coffees, cow’s and vegan milks, sugars, teaspoons, mugs, cups, etc. Plus serviettes, tissues, cups, spoons etc.
- FREE EQUIPMENT: Full use of projector, whiteboard, whiteboard markers, paper, pens, cables and power cords, lectern/pulpit, microphone, amplifier, power boards, etc. FREE WI-FI.
OUR OWN CATERING OPTIONS:
FREE ALL-DAY DRINK STATION: Including iced water, sparkling water, our signature fruit punch, teas, coffees, milks, sugars etc

Morning Tea:
Freshly baked house-made scones, straight out of the oven, served warm with butter, jam & cream and/or Healthy seasonal fruit platter. $8.95 per person.
Lunch:
Option 1: Selection of freshly made sandwiches, gourmet open sandwiches, wraps & rolls. $10.95 per person.
Option 2: Option 1 + Housemade healthy soup & bread. $17.95 per person.
Option 3: Option 1 + Housemade quiche and gourmet mixed seasonal salad. Selection of salad dressings & boiled eggs on the side. $19.95 per person.
Option 4: All lunch options above. A true feast of quality and variety to suit everyone. $24.95 per person.
Afternoon Tea:
Homemade chocolate cake with berry topping and/or Healthy fruit platter $6.95 per person.

Office Hire & Small Meeting Room COST:
FOR UP TO 5 PEOPLE – FOR ALL prices are INTRODUCTORY SPECIALS for 2025.
Morning Hire – access between 9am & 12 noon (4hrs): $130
Afternoon Hire – access between 1pm & 5pm (4hrs): $130
Full Day Hire – access between 9am & 5pm (8hrs): $200
Deposit: Non-refundable booking deposit $130 is due at time of booking. Dates can be changed up to 2 weeks prior to the meeting and your deposit transferred to the new date.
EXCLUSIVE USE HIRE:
The office is tucked away, down our side path, in a privately fenced area of the grounds. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor table setting area.
