🥕 Made with Seasonal, Local Goodness
Wherever possible, we proudly use Tasmanian-grown vegetables, herbs, and produce, including ingredients straight from our on-site gardens. We source additional fresh produce from Young’s Vegie Shed, known for prioritising local Tasmanian farmers.
Because we’re focused on freshness and sustainability, our vegetable mix will vary depending on what’s in season—so your soup may look slightly different from the photos, but will always be packed with flavour, nutrition, and quality you can taste.

Cooking every day can be a challenge, especially for those who are elderly, live alone, have mobility issues, demanding jobs, or simply prefer not to cook. This is not a profitable commercial venture but a community-focused initiative, with most costs covering ingredients, packaging containers, labelling printer, ink & label reel costs, food license fees, a new freezer and running expenses, utilities, and a small contribution to labour. Our goal is to make nutritious, homemade meals accessible to those who need them while keeping prices as low as possible. This initiative is about supporting our local community, ensuring that everyone has access to wholesome, affordable food.
