Get in EARLY as enquiries and bookings are coming in thick and fast! We recommend you BOOK NOW to secure your date and we can sort the details and catering with you later. To confirm your reservation, the venue hire fee is required at the time of booking. Once received, your date is guaranteed, and all other details — including catering — can be finalised closer to the event.
You can choose to hire:
- “The Church” for larger meetings and events (up to 100 people), offering a spacious, historical setting, or
- “The Office” for smaller meetings and office hire (up to 4 people), at a more budget-friendly rate.
We offer a truly unique venue in our 1857 built sandstone Church, with an ambiance and beauty like no other. We provide a calming environment where your team can rejuvenate and recharge. They can stretch their legs and enjoy breakout sessions outdoors in our scenic grounds and gardens.
Our bathroom facilities will be meticulously clean and stocked with a wide range of products to ensure comfort and luxury.
Additionally, we offer fresh, distinctive, and high-quality catering options at competitive prices, making your event experience even more memorable and seamless.

All inclusive pricing:
All-Day Venue Hire – $500 + GST
Enjoy exclusive use of The Church for the entire day — just $500 + GST for up to 100 guests.
This fully inclusive rate covers venue, drinks station (FREE self-serve hot & cold drinks), cleaning, insurance, lectern, projector, whiteboard, whiteboard markers, microphone, speakers, pen, paper, pencils, Wi-Fi, cables, power boards, chargers, extension cords etc. Staff on-hand to cater to your needs. Optional in-house catering is available upon request. Everything you need for a seamless event — all in one beautiful, heritage-listed venue.
PAYMENT:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. Should you need to cancel, a full refund will be provided if at least one calendar month’s notice is given. For cancellations with less than one month’s notice, a full credit will be issued, which may be applied to a future booking or any of our other services.

OUR CATERING OPTIONS
At The Church, we take pride in offering exceptional in-house catering for your bookings. From start to finish, we ensure everything is of the highest quality, focusing on house-made dishes crafted with seasonal, healthier options. Whenever possible, we use Tasmanian produce and fresh ingredients, including eggs and foods grown onsite.

Office Hire & Small Meeting Room COST:
FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE – FOR ALL prices are INTRODUCTORY SPECIALS for 2025.
Morning Hire – access between 8am & 12 noon (4hrs): $80 + gst
Afternoon Hire – access between 1pm & 5pm (4hrs): $140 + gst
Full Day Hire – access between 8am & 5pm (9hrs): $80 + gst
BYO catering is fine. Free drink station provided.

OUTDOOR USE:
The office is tucked away, down our side path, in a privately fenced area of the grounds. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor table setting area.
Ideal for small meetings, interviews, collaborations, consults, or a peaceful professional workspace.
EXCLUSIVE USE HIRE INCLUDES:
- FREE DRINK STATION: iced water, our signature fruit punch, teas, coffees, cows and vegan milk, sugars, teaspoons, mugs, cups, serviettes, tissues etc.
- FREE EQUIPMENT: Full use of whiteboard, whiteboard markers, paper, pens, cables, power cords & power boards.
- FREE WI-FI: Plus desk, chairs, lounges, coffee table etc
- FREE set up & clean up.
