Comfort assured: Cool in summer and cosy in winter with reverse cycle air-conditioning (heat pump), which you can control as you please, plus complimentary WiFi.
Furnishings: 1 desk with chair, a two-seater lounge, 5 additional chairs, side table, coffee table and servery table.
Tucked away down a private side path, within our securely fenced grounds, the office also includes exclusive use of an outdoor breakout space with outdoor garden furniture.

SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY PRICES
Morning Hire – access between 8am & 12 noon (4hrs): $70 + gst
Afternoon Hire – access between 1pm & 8pm (7hrs): $90 + gst
Full Day Hire – access between 8am & 8pm (9hrs): $100 + gst
7 Days a week.
BYO catering is fine. Free drink station provided.
Payment & Cancellations
Full paymet is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed and paid, The Office is reserved exclusively for you/your group — ensuring no one else can book your date!
If you wish to change the date and give at least one month’s notice, a full credit will be provided, which can be applied to any future booking with us.
This approach ensures fairness for all guests while keeping the booking process clear, secure, and hassle-free.
